A Second Case of Eco-Terrorism?

For the second time in a week, a bomb has exploded near a natural-gas pipeline in northern British Columbia. RCMP say the explosion happened near a pipeline owned by EnCana east of Dawson Creek and about half a kilometre from the Alberta border. The bomb detonated under the pipeline, leaving a crater in the ground and damaging, but not rupturing, the pipe.
