What, really, are the great differences that divide Prime Minister Stephen Harper's Conservatives and Stephane Dion's Liberals these days? ... Abortion, same-sex marriage, the death penalty - the great "culture war" issues of our time? The position of both parties is now the same. Neither plans to re-open abortion, same-sex marriage is a fait accompli and any bid to restore capital punishment is dead on arrival, whether Tories or Liberals are in charge.
