1 in 30 Babies Survives Abortion

One in 30 babies aborted for medical reasons is born alive, a study has found. They lived for an average of 80 minutes - although in some cases foetuses survived for over six hours. Most of the babies were born between 20 and 24 weeks of pregnancy, but some had been in the womb for as little as 17 weeks.
