Planned Parenthood Centres Keep Closing

A Planned Parenthood watchdog group says the nation's largest abortion business closed more centers last year and more than 100 in the last 11 years. According to a study by STOPP Planned Parenthood, the number of Planned Parenthood facilities is at its lowest point in 20 years. "Planned Parenthood is shrinking," says Jim Sedlak, the head of the organization.

Dallaire Pleads for Action on Darfur

Retired Canadian general Romeo Dallaire blasted the U.S. and Canada on Monday for failing to rally the world and provide the political will to save people in Darfur. The reason so many people have been allowed to die in Sudan already, Dallaire told a Senate subcommittee, is simple. "There's no self-interest. Who cares about Darfurians? They're sub-Saharan Africans. They're like Rwandans."
