10 Million Abstained From Federal Election

Voter turnout hit historical rock-bottom Tuesday, when a mere 59 per cent of registered voters cast a ballot. Looking at it another way, almost 10 million people abstained. Looking at it a third way: 5.2 million people - less than a quarter of registered voters - decided who will be the prime minister.
