Toke 'n' Drive on the Rise

The number of drivers who smoke pot before getting behind the wheel has doubled in Canada since 1989, according to a study released yesterday. The Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse, which conducted the study based on findings of the Canadian Addiction Survey in 2004, calls it a "disturbing" trend.
